Juristo AI is a cloud-based, subscription-driven service that provides AI-assisted legal support, research assistance, and productivity tools.
Since access is delivered instantly upon subscription activation, traditional product returns are not applicable. Refunds are therefore provided only under the conditions described in this policy.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
First-Time Subscribers
If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:
- The request is made in good faith
- Platform usage remains reasonable during the evaluation period
- No misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is detected
Billing & Technical Errors
You are eligible for a full refund if:

- You are unable to access Juristo AI due to a verified technical issue on our end, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Renewal payments after the initial subscription period
- Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to misuse or policy violations
- Excessive usage during the refund eligibility window
- Purchases made via third-party platforms, unless governed by their refund rules
5. Free Trials and Promotions
If Juristo AI offers free trials or promotional pricing:
- Refunds do not apply to free trial periods
- Discounted or promotional payments may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
We encourage users to explore trial access before committing to long-term subscriptions.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation:
- Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- No further charges will be applied
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not typically provided
